Very good

Well located apartment, happy Xmas stay

We loved the location and the apartment itself was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and loved that it had a seperate laundry and sturdy clothes rack for hanging things out on the balcony. The pool area was great, with lots of shade and loungers, and well used by us. The covered bbq / eating area was also lovely (although rather monopolised by some families). It was close to a tram station, only 3-4 stops to Pacific Fair, and the nearest surf club (Northcliffe) was excellent for food and coffee. We were also grateful that once they realised we had family staying on another floor they gave us access to that floor as well as our own (you need to use the tag on your room key to go everywhere in the building)

Our main gripe was the stinginess of the apartment management. We stayed for 9 days with 5 people in the apartment and we were provided with 1 sachet of washing up liquid, 1 sachet of dishwasher powder, 1 sachet of washing powder, 1 rubbish bin liner and 4 rolls (2 for each bathroom) of 1 ply toilet paper. This necessitated us having to buy all of these things at the local supermarket A couple of other things that could be improved would be to open the gym a bit earlier (7:30 is quite late when you have a day of theme parks ahead), and sort out the streaming as the TV was on a different wifi to the main wifi so it wouldnt connect. Just minor things really, but easily and cheaply fixed to turn this from very good to excellent accommodation.

Amazing views, close to trams, beach across the roads. Loads of places to eat. Easy ride on Electric bikes to Broadbeach

Our views were amazing! Had our own designated carpark Proximity to public transportation so close. Walk into Surfers and the Beach so close

Was a little dated. Balcony doors were old and wouldnt lock.

Beautiful and well maintained premises, lovely and helpful staff. Just the right distance from the shopping centre, especially if you're travelling with family. Definitely recommend.

We paid for an apartment on one of the lower levels, not much of a view. However, I am sure the higher apartments would have the beautiful beach/water views. Very comfortable nonetheless.
