    Wonderful people Ive never stayed anywhere where the staff have been so accommodating
    Good location. Lots of lovely shops and coffee houses nearby . Beautiful castle at top of the road
    Some of the rooms are a little small - as an old building it is a bit claustrophobic in at least one room

    The perfect place to stay in Arundel
    The room was spotless, really nice touches included like bath salts and little chocolates, as well as higher end tea and coffee in the room. Every member of staff was super friendly and helpful and the hotel kindly allowed us to store bags before check in while we went to explore. The hotel could not be in a better location - 20 mins walk to the wetlands, the castle just nearby, and generally right in the center of town. We ate at the restaurant which was great, the cocktails were exceptionally good (loved the Cosmopolitan), and the breakfast was also particularly good. Thank you for making our short stay so enjoyable.

    The hot water wasn't very hot in the room, I was using only the hot tap and it was still not quite super hot (I do like VERY hot showers so it may be fine for others, my partner didn't have an issue with it)

    Great location, great staff, fab breakfast
    Great central location.
    Access to bedrooms up a steep flight of stairs and therefore this should be made clear on booking. As would be a consideration if I brought elderly relatives with me

    Breakfast was great Yvonne is very good and great with the customers
    Room 7 Bathroom room very small and hard to manoeuvre around in shower worked fine but not in a great position

    Despite the parking problem we were very happy there.
    The inn has great character and charm and the manager and head housekeeper are exceptional. The location at the foot of the high street is perfect.
    Parking is an issue. They dont have their own. There is a municipal car park right behind the inn but you have to pay starting at 8:00 am. We were exhausted and overslept one morning and were fined 50.

    Warm and welcoming. Would stay again.
    Lovely pub and location. Comfortable room and friendly staff.
    Room and bathroom were very snug and hard to stay cool as window wouldn't open/radiator turn off. Thought 150 was perhaps a bit steep for this room.

    A lovely Xmas stay in beautiful Arundel
    Friendly staff. Lovely comfortable room. Excellent food for our Xmas Eve dinner. Fabulous breakfast on Xmas morning. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. A lovely experience!
    A bit expensive, but only to be expected as it was Christmas Eve.
