    Lovely stay, great location and wonderful hosts.
    Great hosts, made us feel very welcome. breakfast was a delight and location perfect to stroll into town and beach. Room was really comfortable and quiet.
    Nothing really. Room might get hot in the summer but fans were in evidence. No EV charger but its being planned for the future!

    Great from start to finish
    Breakfast was amazing took the recipe home for granola, nothing was too much trouble, very friendly. Bed was very comfortable and there were lots of great touches. Location was a 20 minute walk into Swanage.
    My only criticism would be more storage and handing space in our bedroom.

    Excellent guest house close to centre of Swanage and the beach
    A fabulous guest house with very comfortable rooms and additional touches to enhance your stay eg fresh milk in little fridge. The breakfasts were amazing especially the home made granola and I was made to feel very welcome and at home.

    Very welcoming, good position, great breakfast very clean room. The guest house I would definitely stay again.
    The carpets could do with a clean. That is being critical.

    Friendly helpful hosts. They texted me 2.5 hours before check in to say we could check in early and made us a pot of tea on arrival. Room was very clean and comfortable with a great shower with lovely toiletries provided. Had our own fridge and a comfy bed. Hospitality tray had a good variety of beverages available. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options available, well cooked and generous portions. Would definitely stay here again if we were in Swanage

    I did not stay as long as I had intended because of the weather. I had never known it so bad there.
    The welcome, the room, (it was small but so well planned that I had all I needed),the lounge with its 'honesty bar', breakfast.

    Breakfast Room and cleanliness were all excellent. The staff and owners were all friendly and helpful, I would recommend this guesthouse to anyone who wants a good holiday place to stay.
