    Great location, but cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired considering the cost to stay.
    Location was excellent, very central, making it easy to get to a range of different stores, cafes etc. TV viewing options were a plus The beds were comfortable
    Air conditioning wasn't in second bedroom - making it uncomfortable for our toddler. Light would malfunction throughout the night and turn on - waking our toddler multiple times during the night. Oven had a large amount of caked-on, burnt food at the bottom, which during preheating caused a lot of smoke and foul smell in the apartment. Old food found under loungeroom furniture when trying to retrieve a toy and used dental floss left in several places on balcony Pool was murky and full of bugs everyday

    Disappointed for money I paid.
    Location, size of apartment
    Broken toilet seat, bath too high to step over for showering, kitchen not well stocked eg. no spatula to flip eggs, pots and pans burnt residue stuck to them, tired apartment. Could not use pool for day due to dark water, 1 of 3 lifts not working for more than 24 hours. Walk to my car park long distance.

    The windows were not sealed properly and there was a very loud howling sounds each night due to the weather. It made it very hard to sleep well

    We loved it. Location was amazing. We will definitely be back!
    , view was beautiful amazing location. Apartment was well kept
    There was only 4 rolls of toilet paper for 7 days for 7 people. Also the car garage (personal one under ground) wouldnt open for us so had to park in visitors area all week. Also gym wasnt very good.

    The room (1017) is very dated - theres actually a cassette player. Coffee table was rusty, carpet torn, the room itself was dirty and we had to request the cleaner to return to clean the crusty food in fridge, and oil all over the kitchen walls. I wont be staying here again.

    Great place. Seamless check in and check out. Clean. Close to lots of stuff. Affordable. I would stay here again.
    Parking was a little confusing but thanks because I was taking directions from a man.

    Perfect location, lovely pool area, rooms couldve been cleaned a lot better!
    We had a ground level room which was very spacious. Pool & bbq area literally at our doorstep but still also very private.
    The room wasnt properly cleaned, no face washers supplied, broken oven (which made cooking Christmas lunch difficult) & live TV/Foxtel channels didnt work.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a lovely place and made for a relaxing family holiday.
    The location was excellent for access to the beach and also the shops as we did not have a vehicle so were able to walk everywhere. The room was fantastic. The furniture and beds very comfortable. The pool and spa were clean and at a good temperature. The area surrounding the pool was also clean and well serviced. We were fortunate to have a room at the front of the resort which was much appreciated. It was great to be able to see the ocean. We loved the fake grass on the balcony and appreciated the outdoor setting to sit and relax. The only down side to the room was the traffic noise, especially at night. We arrived after the office was closed and the late check in process was easy. We also appreciated the opportunity to have a late check out on the morning we were leaving.

    The lift that lead to the street meant walking past the rubbish area. It was a little smelly and the area could be better kept clean.
