    Good value for money in an overpriced Queenstown
    The hotel needs a renovation, mostly the carpets are clearly past their due date, but the beds are fine, the facilities overall are pretty good. There is room for breakfast improvement, but it does not mean breakfast is bad, just could be better.

    Best staff ever!
    The staff were very happy to help us and nothing was any trouble. The room was larger than normal hotel/motel and very comfortable. The food was still very nice in their temporary restaurant (the main restaurant was being renovated).
    Would suggest a desk and chair to be able to set up a laptop or writing notes in the room. The unpaved car parking needs to be graded as there were many pot holes and water filled depressions which you couldnt park.

    Fine enough but overpriced for what it is. Only one device for the free wifi, and cell coverage pretty lame. Bathroom door wasn't closing completely.
