    Property is amazing.. except the lady staff at the reception was not smart enough to assist the traveler
    There is no doubt about the ambience of the property except that the (lady) staff could not look into our payment details which was done while the booking the hotel. (Appreciate the Hotel Manager -who did accommodate us basis the booking confirmation) however we ended paying excess amount.. Lady staff did not even make an effort to validate the payment information when the bank statement is submitted. She insisted multiple times to release the payment.. We nearly lost 3-4 hours working on this conversation which was really suffocating till we made second payment. It was a unpleasant experience having such staffs around.

    The food was good.
    The hotel experience was marred by an exorbitant price coupled with subpar services. The persistent lack of functional Wi-Fi in the rooms over three consecutive days was exacerbated by a staff seemingly trained to be rude when addressing service-related concerns. The adjacent hotel had no issues with its Wi-Fi, highlighting that the problem lay in the inadequate installation of routers rather than a network issue. The breakfast buffet was chaotic, with insufficient seating leading to a wait for tables. Additionally, crucial items ran out well before the scheduled closing time at 9 AM. Given the hefty price tag, the overall experience was deemed a waste of money. The common washrooms at the reception resembled a railway station in terms of odor, and the facilities within the room exuded a dated '90s aura, demanding urgent renovation. In light of the limited alternatives on Neil Island, it appears the hotel capitalizes on the situation without investing in necessary upgrades. A significant overhaul of the property and comprehensive hospitality training for the staff are imperative to rectify these issues.

    Amazing resort and will surely revisit the place.
    We were upgraded to spacious cottage rooms near the beach. The rooms were very huge and simply superb. we had Jhula in our rooms. We had booked 3 rooms and had visited with my children and grandchildren so we thoroughly enjoyed the resort. The food spread was very good too.
    Many dogs in the property. Their playfulness is scary for people not used to them.

    pizza took 1 hour 30 mins to arrive, no WiFi in the rooms, only 1 main WiFi in the lobby that to slow speed. not worth the money, good alternatives.

    Amazing stay at Neil
    We had the one bedroom suite and it was just amazing. The highlight was the swing in the room. Our evening tea spot. Must stay here when in Neil.
    The bathroom flush was very very slow. If a person has used it next person has to wait atleast for 20 minutes for it to get refilled.
