Dining - Missing the Taj "Soul", Disheartening Experience

The rooms and facilities. Looked Taj standard with a fantastic Christmas Tree created at the main entrance. Loved the festive look !

The Dining. The restaurant was missing the Taj "Soul" with run of the mill seating, lack of sufficient space, poor staff focus and below average taste. Could only manage some response after raising voice.

Amazing stay at Taj Aravali

Staff is amazing and welcoming. Awesome location and property. Hospitality is good. Gulshan and Anjaly made sure we were well attended during our breakfast/dinner buffet. Odeypore lounge is a nice bar to chill with a view. Reema at the reception helped us with smooth check in and check out process. Surajpal and Kamal were very helpful and welcoming from the security staff. Lots of fun activities for kids. Overall amazing service. Kudos to the Taj Aravali team.

Spa services were not upto the mark.
