One of the best hotel in US

Upscale hotel on Union Square, a fantastic place to enjoy the life in SF. Thanks for your welcoming, our room was a dream! This is the place to go and stay. Breakfast in the room is delicious, try it!

Sorry, no negative remember, all is perfect, maybe the parking rate is expensive.

The stay was pleasant, but I am angry that the room price was raised greatly for the last 2 nights.

The room and the service were good.

The problem is that when I booked the room with Booking.com, the price of the room per night was quoted at $179.10, which is what I was charged for 3 nights of my 5 night stay. The 4th night was charged at $252.00 and the 5th at $342.00 without any explanation. I am quite unhappy that I was not told about this in advance either by Booking.com or the hotel.

Exceptional housekeeping, friendly front desk staff and very good location.

Couldnt get a rollaway bed in a two twin bed room due to the room size. Bed not very comfy. Pricey.
