    Family friendly, excellent customer service, clean and great food
    Excellent service, clean and good location and facilities. The buffer was great and staff outstanding service. Very understanding and excellent customer service. Special mention to the following staff Meghna, Ratan and Rupsa.
    The property is expensive in comparison to other five star properties who provide same level of services and facilities.

    Strongly recommend this hotel for its old world charm and elegant hospitality
    Excellent breakfast, attentive staff. Front office Manager Yadupati Singh was extremely attentive at all times. Always visible. Special mention for Punam and Muskan at hotel restaurant Chowk- very pleasant, attentive and guest oriented. Rashid and Guru at restaurant Varun were perfect hosts. Would love to go back to this property.

    Clean well located place. Welcoming staff. The bedroom was well organised clean with lovely efficient shower and clean toilet with all the toiletries including shaving kit!
