Exceptional

The food was delicious and friendly and I loved it. I tried staying at the Taj hotel near Bangaluru airport for 1 night and it was so good that I stayed for 2 night at the same Taj hotel in the city center(MG road). Everything was so good.

Seven Rivers was lacking in service Day 1- Delay in order & bill Day 2- Delay as well as served changed brand of wine on repeat. Trinity - Display clearly and tell clearly that Buffet is not allowed on the pool side. It's embarrassing & disturbing to wind up at the START OF UR MEAL..

Taj has a reputation of being spick and span however I have seen a deteriorating quality in the last three stays there where there is very bad smell in some rooms and this has made me feel very uncomfortable.

Concierge fabulous, all staff were friendly and they made the stay special

The concierge staff were amazing. My luggage was lost at the airport and they tried to locate it for me twice a day every day until I departed.
