    Ok, but I wouldnt return
    The pools, the long beach, the view from the room, the saffron restaurant.
    Breakfast buffet was the same every day, the waiting time at the kids pool bar (i got a pizza after 2 hours, some of the orders were simply forgotten ). Even though the beach is nice, the sea water is not clear.

    Serene holiday but lack of top class facilities/finishings.
    Peaceful, large room and beautiful beach
    Cleanliness as curtains had lots of stain/torn, sofa didnt seem like it has been vacuum in a long time, lack of lifts, design of the bayu family suite is weird as rooms are too openly connected and toilet opens up into master bedroom unnecessarily. Food was also poor as it was not only very touristy priced but also not well executed.

    The place is like a heaven on earth. Very clean, quiet and serene with water & mountains background.
    The beach, pool and breakfast was awesome.
    If there was a pharmacy or some emergency medical supply it would have been great. I had a bad headache and was not so prepared myself with a panadol. The hotel informed that they have a policy not to provide medicines to guests. secondly the block which we stayed had no lift. Luckily I had only cabin luggages if I was to carry it myself. But thankfully they provided some assistance to move the luggages up and down.

    Loved the location , loved the staff , loved how accommodating they were and b fast was huge with live stations .
    We hated the cocktails and how they didnt know how to keep food hygiene. And I found resort expensive for what they offer ..

    A luxurious and perfect resort away from crowd and noise
    We like everything about the resort. The staff made us feel at home, the resort is clean. Room is spacious, food is good. Yes, the private beach is beautiful.
    If there are street lamp posts for night travellers will be good. The road and streets are in total darkness when the sun sets. The place is quiet at a part of Langkawi, so best if you rent a car while you stay there.

    Was a very peaceful and pleasant vacation. The whole place is serene basically a tropical paradise.
    Beach in front of the hotel is absolutely stunning. For breakfast, there is daily freshly made omelettes, roti prata, waffles and more. Rooms are spacious. Overall very peaceful location.
    Hotel restaurants and hotel provided transport and tours are too overpriced, especially since much cheaper alternatives can be found just outside the hotel.

    Absolutely wonderful! We would definitely stay here again if we come back.
    Everything! The room was much bigger than expected and very clean. The overall vibe of the resort was beautiful, quiet and really restful. Service was great, staff were all friendly and very helpful. The beach was breathtaking and felt so private. We're a family with 2 young children and even they loved it.
    Nothing really other then that the resort is far from the rest of Langkawi and getting a grab out can be difficult. We ended up getting the resort to book a cab for us and renting a car on another day out which was more expensive than grab. But it is what you get with the privacy and tranquility that the resort promises which is all worthwhile.
