    Nice property in the middle of city yet very quiet. Room size is very big. Nice view from all room. Very courteous staff and ready to help.
    They can add little more variety to breakfast Menu and add some North Indian items

    Bathroom was smelly, wifi got disconnected and password changed without notice, the house keeping didnt clean the room during our stay, the bear and wine parlour didnt have much choices

    Wonderful ambience, well-maintained property.
    Breakfast was nothing to rave about, but was sufficiently good. The plus point is that you can order food a la carte also according to your preference.
    Nothing negative to say about the facilities. The staff is also very attentive to the needs of the guests.

    Location is good, just above the town where you can easily walk in and out of. Gardens are kept well. You can get a wine or beer.
    There is no spa or massage. Said they were renovating it but no work had been started. When asking where they recommended I could get a massage, I got a shrug of the shoulders. Desk staff were not helpful or forth coming about local areas or excursions. Food in the restaurant was bland and very basic. The cleanliness was not great. The napkin holders haven't been washed in months. If you order off the menu, be prepared to wait a long time. Now the room. Sheets were stained. Bed smelt. No mattress protectors, just a thin sheet on the mattress. I asked for an extra duvet to place underneath us. Pillows were yellow, sweat stained. Towels have seen better days. The room was tired and not clean. Build up of dirt around all corners of the shower and around the sink. The TV constantly buzzed. The walls are very thin. You can hear the people next door. ( sounds we really didn't want or need to hear). No hairdryers. This is not a 4 star hotel. I stayed in a far better 2 star in Kochi. Very disappointing as had high expectations for this hotel

    It was just a normal stay, we did not enjoy. Will not recommend to anyone. Even for water bottle they charge money.
    Location
    Food was not up to the mark, quality was not good WiFi getting disconnected frequently, TV connection was erratic. Staff was also not alert to pay attention to guests problem.
