    It is a bit remote and the road leading to the property is quite bumpy.

    Nice stay in the middle of a plantation
    The location is amazing and the place is very special, right in the middle of the tea plantations. The personal is nice and support you on organizing tours around the area.
    Good in general. Just mentioning that you don't have all the services available at walking distance, but that's also what makes it cool.

    Amazing tea garden stay in the midst of nature.
    Excellent location, helpful staff , good spacious rooms with superb views, Excellent breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.
    No AC, no ventilation in room. Suggest placing mosquito nets on at least one window as it is impossible to keep windows open at night due to insects.

    Disappointed by the view
    The good point is that you can walk easily and FOR FREE in the tea plantation in the around.
    We were very disappointed by the view which is full of buildings and electrical facilities. The rooms are supposed to have a view on the tea plantation but its not true. Isolation is not good, we can hear the kitchen and noises from other rooms. The Manager of the hotel is not a nice person as many comments noted (rest of the staff is nice). The restaurant staff is not very professional (loud music and TV while having dinner).
