Great trip helped by staying in a great place, lots of facilities.
The staff were really helpful and friendly, the rooms were spacious.
Dinner is only served till 10pm though they made an exception for me on a couple of occasions when I turned up late.

The staff was polite, courteous, and attentive. Food is palatable, tasty but strictly vegetarian. Location is good overlooking the valley. Overall, a decent stay for the price.
Flipside was the cleanliness. There were a lot of stains on the beds, chairs, sheets. The hotel needs some serious renovation . Although we were informed prior regarding the leak in the bathrooms, it may need some urgent work anytime.

Hotel was really good to stay, due to the ambiance and view . Very good facilities.
Staff are really helpful and approachable .
With the price spent , expecting more veraites of food on the buffet menu. This can be improved.

Breakfast was good. The food served in room was tasty.
The passenger lift was too smelly and cramped. It could accommodate max 4 persons who could feel each others breath. The bathroom fittings were rusty. There was no refrigerator in the room. The staff was not polite at all. The person who handed over the room keys was very rude. The kids were waiting outside the room to use washroom and he was nowhere to be found. The front desk took too long to complete the formalities. Basically the staff was not cordial at all and they were not hospitable at all.

from the gallery sheds of other room blocks the view. in food the lunch was too expensive n very few options. like only one starter was there. soya oil or coconut oil is being used to prepare curries.

TGL is such an awesome place for a grand holiday.
Staff is very attentive and has an active interest in all your requirements (special mention to Vinod & Sakshi at the Elements restaurant plus all their F&B staff, Sabita at the front office assisted us with candle light dinner).
There are fun activities designed for all age groups; Deepak Jadhav did a great job managing these activities (housie, origami, DJ, etc).
Overall highly recommended place.
