Thatch Cottage has been modernized to a high standard, offering a luxury rural retreat perfect for dogs. The location is great for exploring the Broads and Norwich. The cottage is warm, comfortable, (Read More)and well-equipped, with the only downsides being the presence of bugs due to its thatched roof and challenging stairs. Overall, guests enjoyed their stay and praised the beautifully presented cottage.

A lovely place for a break

The location is lovely . very well equipped, very detailed property instructions including videos , which i thought was a really good idea . an ideal place for a break any time of the year

The stairs would be tricky for some age groups . The signage could be abit more noticeable as we drove past the cottage despite the directions supplied

Great getaway located in a nice quiet area, super friendly host & the accommodation does exactly what it says on . The cottage was cleaned, big garden front and back . We even helped our self to the apple in the front garden. Before we got there the host Liz, made sure everything around the place was well explained and we got to her place with ease. And the place was impeccable. Everything was in order and it felt just like home. She made sure she checked upon us, which was very sweet of her. I would highly recommend Liz's place. She is just an amazing amazing person and that makes it easier for anyone who is looking for places in and around her area. Thank you Liz

The stairs are a bit hard especially for tall people, but our seven year old loved them.

Lovely quirky cottage. Easy to find. Good parking. Large gardens. Superb for dogs. 2 large double bedrooms. All you could ever need as a base to explore Norfolk

All directions and instructions prior to stay were clear and concise although via automated messages. Owner not quick to reply to messages on booking.com. Keys not available before 4pm.

A great place to stay

Excellent communication with the owner from booking through to departure. The cottage is located down a quiet lane with no light pollution - excellent for a relaxing break! The furnishings are of high quality and the kitchen had everything we needed.

A beautiful and stunning well looked after cottage that surpassed expectations. Thank you.

It was just perfect for what we needed. It was a gorgeous get away and surpassed expectations. The cottage was really spacious but had that amazing cottage feel whilst also being luxurious. The host clearly cares about your stay as there are lovely little extras. A link to a website for visitors that explains everything that youll need, a physical walk through to show you how to get the key, a welcoming basket with tea/coffee cake and extras. The cottage is clearly loved and looked after.

I didnt not like anything but, I felt with such high standards and quality of the host; the cleaning side of it could of been a bit better. But thats if I had to pick something as everything else was to such a high standard.
