Reviewers Mention About The 5 Elements Hotel Chinatown Kuala Lumpur

The room was clean but the air conditioner was noisy. Breakfast provided was simple but nice. A receptionist named Kim provided great service, helping with delivering a forgotten jacket. Costollo Jim (Read More) had a comfortable stay with a nice view. The service was great, especially thanks to Mr Kim. The hotel was accommodating for elderly guests with walking assistance, particularly Nick. Good-sized rooms in a great location in Chinatown. The hotel lacked a hairdryer. Good selection of restaurants and food stalls nearby.

    A decent hotel in Chinatown
Overall a good hotel in Chinatown.
Why on earth am I not able to pay the 50 MYR deposit with a card? This is the only hotel in the modern world I have been, where they refuse card payment. And the breakfast could be a bit improved.

    the hotel location
I was denied my preferred room citing heavy occupancy (room 402-405). The room air-conditioning was rather warm. The front office personnel should be more pleasant looking.(they always appear sulky)
