    Decor is fab, rooms are very spacious and very well kept and the staff are lovely
    We arrived down for breakfast 30mins before breakfast was due to finish and a lot of the food had run out and wasn't being replaced. This is not acceptable when you are paying 20 per head for breakfast

    Clean. Staff at bar and coffee shop were nice. Shower.
    My twin bed sagged in the middle. I would have preferred a sheet on the bed. Using only the comforter at night was too hot.

    Nice hotel, great location!
    Great helpful front of desk. Rooms are a good size and are clean. Location is great at the heart of city centre with some bar areas within walking distance
    Was a stay for my girlfriends birthday, purchased a prosecco and chocolates package which was nice to have on arrival to the room. However no birthday packages are available to decorate with balloons / confetti which left the large room a little

    The suite was very roamy and the bed was super confortable
    Staff was not great. We could not check when we arrived (2pm approxiamtely) in because check in time is 4pm! we were told at reception we would get a call as soon as the room would be ready and no one ever called us. Coffee machine didn't work in our room, I had to wairt to get the manager to approve me getting a FOC coffee when she clearly had other things to do. And the shower is tiny! We had a suite (Room 200) which had a very big bathroom but a smaller than average shower. So if you love a nice shower you won't get value for you money here.

    Great location, modern rooms with very comfortable facilities.
    Exceptionally comfortable beds, 10 mins walk to Grafton street, reasonable car parking rate.
    Despite notes to advise travelling for my husbands 40th the hotel did nothing to mark the occasion. Disappointing.
