Great location, minute walk into shops/ cafes/ restaurants. Minutes walk to Bus and Light rail. Clean facilities. Friendly staff

The only thing that could improve was the mattress. Very hard and killed my back. Even a soft mattress protector could improve it.

Nice location and good value for money, you get what you pay for and the rooms are clean.

Sleeping near the shared bathrooms is very noisy in the money, doors open and close very loudly. Don't expect to be able to sleep in if you are close. Request a room further away if this is your intention.

Beautiful building. Close to restaurants and shopping

We stayed for a week and our coffee cups were never washed. Only twice e week did our room get done. Place mat under coffee cops was never cleaned and room didn't appear to be vacuumed. Also wasn't expecting to share a bathy
