    The room heating was pathetic. The temperature could not be increased beyond a point and considering the winter weather in Manali it was a very bad experience of staying in a cold room . Further the maintenance staff were not helpful in rectifying the situation.

Firstly Their Owner , After Then - Location - Quite Place Away From The Crowd , Lush Green & A Huge Plantation Of Multi Coloured Flowers Property , Beautiful Valley View & Room , Bathroom Size , Cleaniness , Polite Staff Of Entrance Gate To Front Desk To Restaurant To Room Service To House Keeping ( Such Names As Mr Gaurav , Mr Pawan , In Restaurant - Vijay & Rahul , In House Keeping Ramesh Which We Interacted More Than Others , A Boy Carrying Luggage Pawan & Another One Boy , Homemade style Tasty Foods .     stay was great and staff hospitality was good
    the view of the mountains were breathtaking from the resort .The staff was very supportive and showed good hospitality.
