Location, ground facilities and outside the rooms. The staff were very nice and supportive.

The room wasnt as nice as pictures appeared, missing lighting options, lamps, end table etc.

We had the pleasure of staying for 2 nights and 3days, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The accommodation was impeccable! spacious, pristine, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, what truly set this stay apart was the unparalleled customer service. The staffs consistently went above and beyond to cater to our needs and preferences. A highlight was the tour arrangement. While a similar tour on Kook would have cost us over 500 for two people, the receptionist secured the exact tour package for us at half the price. Moreover, their commitment was evident when they assisted us in securing last-minute tours late into the evening, managing bookings, negotiations, and even coordinating a taxi pick-up from an elephant sanctuary to the airport. Thanks to their dedication and genuine care, our experience was seamless and free from any inconveniences. We felt extremely safe staying there and the location was perfect! Close to a 7/11 store, supermarket, a washing machine shop, street food market, a small mall, attractions and restaurants. Without a doubt, we look forward to returning for another stay. Highly recommended!

The receptionists were very helpful and cheerful. They arranged for our rental motor bikes, trip to phi phi and james bond island. The hotel has a calm and peaceful locale. Had a great time there.

comfortable all the mall , supermarket, a lot of the bar , night market on Sunday , There are a variety of restaurants to choose from, both cheap and expensive. clean and quiet not far from downtown Phuket you can walk like 5-10 minutes, but far from the beach so you can take mini bus or call grab bike or grab car take time 30 or 1 hour hehe very easy!!!

Comfy stay in Phuket with reasonable price

The staff are very nice and helpful. The place is within a short walk to Phuket old town, bus terminal (although the bus I wanted to take depart from terminal 2 which means needa to take a bike ride). Food options , not many but are around.

Should have more hangers in the room, bathroom etc

Great value for the money

Quiet, close to Phuket Old Town. Bed is comfy, AC is working. Everything is clean.

You need to bring your own lock. Toilet doors were a bit annoying to open. Some of them are kinda heavy and not smooth.
