    Good hotel for safe family stay in a well connected hotel
    The Hotel is close to railways station and well connected. Hotel surroundings are safe and good with many option to have food outside the hotel restaurants. My young kids enjoyed the stay very much. You can take city transports like Auto on the go as well.
    The hotel bathroom water flow was not very smooth. With no bathtubs we wanted buckets which was provided only on second day of stay.

    Despite charging so much amount, we had to ask provide toilet kit No warm water in room 512 washroom Room 505 have major plumbing issue- the water splashes hard and comes out of washroom messing the entrance. Wash basin has very poor water supply. I think plumbing needs a big overhaul there

    it was very good but they can do better with quality of toiletries provided in the room.
    Breakfast spread was nice and food preparation was very good. Retaurant staff is well groomed and very caring and supportive. Overall experience at the restaurant was extremely satisfying
    Dinning experience was exceptinally good.

    Shampoo was great. Staff the waiting staff was excellent with hospitality. I was visiting with my parents. Only single bed was uncomfortable.

    the room was large , clean, spacious and beautiful.
    The breakfast room/restaurant is next to the reception area and its open. in the early morning we can smell the food, spice etc. Not good to smell everywhere in the reception area.

    Very bad, my son was not well and still I couldn't get any sympathy.. I was waitin for room for 2hr
    The location of the hotel is only good thing, its close to the market and you can walk and get things you need.
    The hotel is expensive, and they are charging for nothing good, happy to pay if the quality was good. Its not for family to stay its for corporates events only , even the staff will tell you " you are normal customer we have our cooperate clients here" :-( as if you are second citizen The water from tap was full of dirt and particle
