    Good apart from the overwhelming top up charges
    hospitality was good. staff were very helpful and nice. food was good
    Being surprised by a top up fee which was totally unexpected Asked to pay an additional RM 2200 per night for an added guest (daughter) which they claimed was not registered eventhough did state in my booking. RM 2200 FOR AN ADDED BED AND BREAKFAST IS NOT SOMETHING I COULD SUMMATE. AND the villa provided was with a private pool unfortunately .....it was only a little longer than my bath tub The GM was kind enough to meet up with me at my checkout and offered to investigate and revert soon.

    during the breakfast we were served during 1 hour 10 mins which was explained "we have many guests" I think it was ridiculous explanation because if you have many guest you need to have more staff!

    Excellent experience with the Banjaran.
    Absolutely everything. Had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Staff were super helpful and friendly, also including the guardhouse! Facilities were all very well kept. Very peaceful environment. They will provide everything you would need. Restaurant food was between mediocre to good for the price. I arrived late to the resort close to midnight and they had some sandwiches prepared for each of us, which were absolutely delicious.

    Firstly, it's definitely the staff who are so friendly, accommodating and polite. They go out of their way to make sure everything is to your liking. Next comes the ala carte breakfast menu with a huge variety to select from. Last but not least, the peace and beauty of the whole place. Jeff's Cellar, the bar up on the mountain, is to die for. Ms. Theng and her team once again rose above expectations when my wife lost her phone and Mr. Usama Khan, the Gardner, found it and returned it honestly to us via courier after we left the hotel. What honesty. They also prepared the room for my wife's 50th pre birthday celebration, which was so thoughtful.
