There should have staff at drink station during breakfast so that guests dont feel bowls of milk

Spacious room.

Too noisy . Guests making noise at the room corridor n restaurant area. Cockroaches seem at the sink areas for 2 days. Reception no one answering the call on my 1 st day. Called operator she can't even speak English . As a hotel employee one should be able to speak and understand the guest. Breakfast can have more choices. Tables at breakfast area can be smaller to accommodate smaller groups.

Location: close to the metro station. Nice breakfast.

There were cockroaches in the room. We changed the room, but we found them there as well. The staff tried to help with spraying the room and it helped. But it made our stay there inconvinient. We asked for recompensation, but it was difficult to reach out th hotel menager by the recepcionist. At the end we agreed to check out late as recompensation. Not all recepcionist are speaking English well. Seems as the hotel is more dedicated for Asian people.

Clean, cozy and city view are the best

Reception and lifts are mess all the time. There is a queue of guests checking in and out and coming with their problems, but staff is not able to help quickly. Obviously, they need more lifts as some times you need to wait up to 5 mins

The room was very spacious and beds were comfy! Great view over the city and the roof top pool was brilliant. Easy to get to using blue MRT line.

Staff didn't seem very well trained when we arrived, seemed very confused when i wanted to check in. Signage to reception desk is awful as place seems to be conntected to a supermarket / event venue so bit misleading when you first arrive. On our last couple of days the escalator and lift broke and no signage was put up and no staff members said anything about it. On our first night, we tried to order room service as the menu in room said 24hr service. However when we tried to order at 10pm, the reception called to say kitchen was closed and they couldn't accept our order. When i told them the menu said 24hr, they just seemed confused. Unfortunately staff let the hotel down massively on this occasion.

This is a Chinese Hotel for the chineese! Chinese breakfast, no normal Restaurant Open anymore! Worne out facilities! No Place for european tourists!
