this is a good value if youre gonna be staying on the island and in a good location, but the hotel rooms are weathered and need updating.

Nantucket used to be charming.

Quiet. Pool. Bus service.

Desperately needs a restaurant. Over priced. Kiosk desk service. Cold and boring breakfast.

It was marginal but the location is great. Not very clean; visible dirt in bathrooms. Overpriced.

Coffee was terrible - did not have breakfast Cleanliness was awful -- visible dirt in bathroom and on doors Fixtures in bathroom were dated and rusted; floor was sticky in bedroom Dated furniture This place is WAY overpriced -- it's only due to location that they can get these prices

Very close to town and beach

Bathroom floor dirty sink had hair in it bed mattress was sunken in the middle garbage cans were full outside overloaded on floor and above us all night moving furniture or some sort of construction going on

Expensive for what it is.

Great location. Cute lobby decor, flowers were beautiful, short walk to beach, pool is nice

Enjoyed clean and spacious room during the night and pool during the day!

The location was close enough to walk into town and to a beach. There was a nice pool and lounge chairs with free ice water and towels. There was a breakfast bar with juice, coffee, muffins and cereal and a relaxing lounge to enjoy it in. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. They were gracious enough to let us leave our luggage before check-in so we could wander around the island throughout the day. After checkout the next day, we were able to leave our luggage again, for more sight seeing. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be returning to stay here!!

The price was still high though lowest I could find on short notice.
