    Welcoming, cosy, clean and a lovely atmosphere fostered by friendly owners.
    The greeting from Barbara and Steve was welcoming and I knew it would be great from then on. The facilities were clean, tidy and cosy. The breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. I will return again 100% next time I will try the larger room for comparison however the single ensuite that I stayed in had all that was required and every detail had been thought of. Great recommendation for fish and chips too which I ate in the lounge. Kind and helpful owners. In a quiet place even though just off a main road.
    The cold weather lol but luckily my room was toasty warm with the radiator on as I arrived and all night. :)

    Unfortunately we arrived late at 8.50 pm. We were very apologetic but we had a very warm welcome. Beautiful house, lovely couple and exceptionally comfortable room. Will definitely go back.

    Cosy & quaint - perfect for a quick Kent getaway
    The building is charming and warm, located in a convenient location/distance from the train station. Steve and Barbara were very sweet and welcoming. The breakfast is fab.
    The shower was a little challenging to navigate as it was quite small, but for a quick stay it was fine.

    Lovely, friendly place to stay.
    The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. I have food intolerances and they couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. Breakfast choices were fabulous and my food intolerances were extremely well catererd for. Having stayed at quite a few B & B's in our time, the Beaumont is definitely one of the best. We would certainly stay there again.

    Lovely people excellent friendly service.
    I wasnt able to have breakfast but I was given a lovely sausage sandwich and some extra eats that were very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable.
    I was in a front bedroom and the road noise was busy until late in the evening when it went quiet.

    Steve and Barbara were very friendly and helpful throughout. The old building has character. Very clean. Good breakfast.
