    Great location for the price we paid.
    Very reasonably priced for a fairly central location. Very small bathroom but adequate for a 1 night stay. Clean and warm.
    Small bathroom- difficult to use the tiny shower and difficult to close the bi fold door properly

    Excellent budget B&B with great customer service
    Excellent budget B&B with great customer service from Melissa to make you feel welcome and at home. I especially loved the breakfast, and coming back to a warm room after a day in York. Melissa brings fresh coffee and a bacon butty up to your room at a time of your choosing for 5 - great value and really make you feel taken care of. Thanks so much!

    It was an old hotel, bed was very uncomfortable. The owner was very nice and kind, and did her best to make us feel comfortable, however, the hotel needs maintenance and new beds

    Very nice greeting and facilities were very good (shower just did the job)
    Maybe just shower was a tad disappointing but maybe I'm being picky as was only there one night and the price was extremely good for the location

    I came in early and Melissa was very accommodating and let me leave my bag as they're still cleaning up my room. Not too far from the city centre. The train station is about 20mins walk. The accommodation is situated in a residential area so it's quiet during the night.
    You could hear the noise from the other room, but it was manageable.

    Clean room, good location with it being close to city centre & the host was also lovely.
    Small bathroom but least it was located in the room & cant be helped, heating didnt seem to work & walls are paper thin but other than that we enjoyed our stay! Thanks again

    everything we needed for an overnight stay in York. Very friendly pleasant landlady .. but able to come & go as we pleased. easy to access wifi
    fairly small bathroom although adequate. Half an hour walk into centre, although my friend and I were happy to walk
