facilities and lovely staff
Room smelt of a butchers and another room smelt of weed. We informed the staff who provided air freshener however it still did not get rid of the smell neither was the smell acceptable

Great
I love the apartment, Jacuzzi was amazing great sitting in it with canopy over it as it was raining and thundering what a beautiful view, floors were spotless and clean, the living area was cosy.
The two bedrooms were drafty at night time causing us to have a stiff necks, no sleep and leave early in morning. Such a shame as we wanted to stay alittle longer and make the most of it.

Festive family fun in a central location which was fantastic for shopping and restaurants.
Reception area was very festive looking.
Spacious living dining area.
Plenty space in outdoor area.
Smaller bedroom felt very dark.
Prefer to have 2 bedside units not one.
Toilet slow to fill after flushing.
Christmas decorations in the living area would have been a nice touch.

Very nice and quirky a little different to your average hotel/apartment
We stayed in the little John. Although the apartment was nice I wouldnt stay in that room again the room is right next door to reception so people coming in and out of the building you can hear every single word (probably both ways) I found it really off putting to be honest especially when you pay the money you do to stay here!

There is absolutely nothing not to like about this property its simply stunning throughout from arrival until departure is just everything you want for a special time. The staff are so kind , happy & welcoming nothing was too much trouble & it was so lovely to be shown to our apartment and around once checked in. Thank you so much for a wonderful visit.

Loved everything about it apart from there was a rat in my garden and when I told the desk they told me nothing could be done
