Great place to stay, rich in history.

The entire experience. We were in LA for the Rose Bowl. It was amazing to see so many fellow Michigan Wolverine fans/alums there at the Biltmore. It was also a great added "perk" of having a game memorabilia shop right there at the hotel.

Beautiful old hotel with a great downtown location. The bar is lively and offers great food.

I do not like the reservation and check-in process.

Very good

The room is big and spacious, location is convenient for first time visitors in LA.

The toilet is a little old and small but not too much of a bother. Homeless roaming around the downtown but not really the issue of the property itself.

Loved all the historical aspects of the property, however some of the history could be better maintained. The only thing that made me read this hotel at a five was the historical aspect of it. If it wasn't a historical hotel, it would not be worse staying in.

Hot tub was out of order, there was no folding mirror in the room, and the one large mirror that was hanging with hung too high. There was no hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels on.
