friendly good location for us meeting grandaughter at lancaster uni
lovely warm room cosy for the cold weather we had
breakfast great
we had an evening meal for us and grand- daughter which was really nice and a bottle of reasonabilly priced wine
no hot water on second night but the hotel had the trades in to get it fixed within a few hours
stai rs but not too bad got a bit of exercise after fab breakfast

Comfy Bed and nice furnitures.
Need the teabags, Sachet drinks on separate container - putting it inside the cup is unhygienic. Sleepers are not available.
The handwash / body soap pumps are broken.

Went for New years Eve couldn't have been a better location.staff all lovely, rooms spotless, breakfast lots of choice and loved we could go from 8am to 12 noon not to early when everyone was up late the night before. No complaints

The essentials were great so would return!
Bed was comfortable and bathroom lovely with good shower and huge bath..pity no time to use it! Breakfast good and staff friendly!
Window didnt seem to shut properly and the first night was extremely rattly with the gales!
Common areas (stairs etc) couldve been cleaner
