    Exceptional guest house premier services from genuine professional people
    Excellent , you cannot get any better, this is the number one guest accommodation on Avenue Road Torquay , the owners are extremely nice easy going people and will go out of there way to make sure that you are happy-the breakfast was the best Ive had in Torquay in the last thirty years , superb quality meats and cooked to perfection, the room was lovely and warm with tea and coffee facilities, fresh shortbread and lovely biscuits and also a fridge with bottled water replenished daily, the owners are absolutely down to earth and genuine I take my hat off to Charlie and Julie you are both super people , we will recommend you to all our friends and family , the hotel is spotless the rooms are above and beyond , the parking was superb a short walk to the town, to the railway station and the seafront it was superb and we will 200 percent be coming back if anyone gets any better I would be shocked many thanks for our lovely New Years getaway Clive and Jane from Hereford

    Really lovely stay at The Briarfields. Spotlessly clean, fantastic breakfast, comfortable room and great hosts. Would definitely stay again. The homemade shortbread on arrival in our room was a lovely touch and tasted delicious.

    Very enjoyable stay.
    Very welcoming host and hostess. Exceptionally clean. Bedroom nicely decorated with extra touches to make the room welcoming. We enjoyed the breakfast which was well cooked. Plenty of choice from the menu and the coffee was great. If we decide to stay in Devon again we know where to book as we know we will be well looked after.

    Everything was very clean and tidy and all up together. The full English breakfast was very tasty and kept me full until the evening.
