    Clean room but room service needs to improve alot.
    Location and Room.
    In-Room dining service was very bad. Had placed an order for food and 2 hours later it was not delivered. Later I called again to check with them, some other person from restaurant staff was not even aware about the food order that was placed and said will start preparing now. Highly miss managed staff.

    - Nice room - Very good breakfast
    - Some of the staff did not speak understandable English - Multiple problems with the service; first we were sent to an already occupied room. During night and day we got multiple weird phone calls from the reception. - They agreed to a late checkout the day before to then hassle us 15 minutes after the original checkout time. Maybe also a problem of the language barrier, but it was handled very unprofessionally

    Nice hotel. Great Vegetarian food
    Amenities and cleanliness. Restaurant food price and quality was very nice
    Service was not as great as expected. Some amenities such as towels and tea cups were not adequate. The hotel should carry some phone charging cables for the customer to borrow

    Enjoyed our stay there, and looking forward to returning next year!
    Thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Byke Hotel. The location was perfect for us, and we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning, as well as the service we received throughout our entire stay.

    Every staff members was soft spoken and they were very quick for any service you require.Food quality was excellent we stayed there for 3 days with family believe me it was quite a memorable stay.
