The Byzantium Suites Hotel & Spa exceeded expectations with its great location, amazing breakfast and views of the Bosphorus. The staff provided excellent service, and the rooms were clean and comfor (Read More)table with Netflix available on the TV. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of major attractions and had a friendly and attentive staff. Overall, the hotel was highly recommended and would be the preferred choice for future trips to Istanbul.

I was so embarrassed to bring my best friend here on her birthday.

The general staff were lovely, hotel was very clean and spacious.

False advertising on the website. The properly advertised the penthouse suite as shown below quoted from the website: Penthouse Suite - Balcony with Sea View This suite's special features are the hot tub and the fireplace. Boasting a private entrance, this air-conditioned suite features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. Featuring a terrace with sea views, this suite also features soundproof walls and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The unit has 1 bed This is FALSE and there is apparently a no refund policy even though I paid for something that I didnt receive.

Good location in historic area of Istanbul

The breakfast was good and the location excellent. It was easy to travel around Istanbul and not far away from turistic points. The view from the rooftop restaurant was astonishing.

The room was under our expectations, not as we booked and also it was freezing inside. We could hear all the noise from outside at night.

Excellent location everything are in walking distance. excellent value for money. Its really great place to stay while visiting Istanbul. Rooms are hygienic with great view. All of the staffs & managers are welcoming and extremely helpful & friendly. specially Mr. Oktay & Mr. Emrah. There are variety of delicious Turkish Breakfast. Mr Erhan and Ms. Julia look after all of the guests cordially.

Great location definitely worth it for the price

The hotel was in a great location. They had a great roof top restaurant with great views and really good food. The spa was really good and the package and experience was amazing! The breakfast t was good and Erhan at breakfast was amazing with great customer service. He always had a smile on his face and was always attentive and really helpful.

I only have two issues really. Firstly the bed was really uncomfortable and me and my wife found it hard to get a good night sleep. Secondly when I asked for a late check out I was told it was absolutely not possible as they were fully booked and they couldnt accommodate this request. When I offered to pay it miraculously became possible to extend my time! I have no problems paying extra but most places to try to accommodate late checkouts.
