    Beautiful location and beach is stunning with clear calm waters
    Missing: Service level and communication. English is very poor and don't make an effort to improve based on lack of understanding. Errors in food order or simple questions 4 star with technology used in some areas like room doors etc but No body lotion provided in the room - though there are beach bags, slippers, toothbrushes. That was a miss. Also: being asked for a security deposit for the room key cards was also a shocker Water stains. moldy on floor boards and corners. Need some upkeep there Gave feedback to the auditor from the ops team who took it on board and hope they improve on the suggestions to make it truly a superb place to be at. The beautiful location made up for it.

    Its an amazing property, view, the rooms are big and comfortable I liked the restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner ) the manager and the staff were really good.
    The driver at night shift was so rude, disrespectful and driving like crazy I really was disappointed I was going to put 10 but because of him I put 8.

    Incredible resort. The restaurant food was absolutely amazing and staff so lovely. The pool was great and loved the beach too. The room was absolutely stunning and we were so happy. The best place we have stayed in Thailand.

    Weve got a room in second line, great location to the beach, to the pool and restaurant The service was super! Especially at the restaurant The private beach And the beauty of the hotel The shuttle from the hotel and to the hotel every hour
    The other rooms is far away from all the facilities There is shuttle that takes from place to place but you become depends on them with every step The hotel is quiet far away from everything you must take a shuttle The rooms are not big enough for a family with little kids and a little bit dark There a lot of steps when you going through between the rooms
