    Nightmare will never stay again.
    The place is a flat not a hotel, a group of locals have rented the residential flat and converted the flat into a home stay facility. The house keepers are untrained & locals. Food is purely regional low standard. The approach is ugly. The flat is old & not maintained. During my stay not once my room or wash room was cleaned.
    The behavior's of the local staffs.

    Room had all the modern facilities & was well furnished. Food was also cooked by the stuff personally, absolutely not oily.
    Water quality was terrible, like it's red & you can smell iron in your hand. Location also a bit difficult to find, it's a guest house having 4 rooms only.

    Good value for money stay at a very good location.
    Positives are - very polite and attentive owner, decent food facilities within premises, clean rooms/ bathroom and great location of the property.
    Small niggles like 1) the fan is connected to a bright light - that is, if you switch on the fan, the bright light will keep glowing. On a summer night, that created a lot of problems in sleeping, 2) large mosquitoes in the room - it seems this is a neglected area which needs full attention, 3) AC was okay but very high in the ceiling, which reduced its effectiveness.

    Terrible experiece. I had to check out earlier, didnt even VR stay a night over there.
    the washroom was the only perfect thing over there.
    A list of things :- bedsheets were not properly washed no ammenities unprofessional staff very difficult to locate even it being situated in a busy sreet no boards or hoardings.

    Each and everything was just awfully fantabulous. Manager Mr. Praween and staff member Mr. Pankaj, were too helpful. Quality of stay and food..was just out of the box.
    There isn't anything which I didn't like bout.
