    The hotel was modern and staff very friendly. We were lucky to have one of the spacious suite.
    We had a nice suite with an amazing terrace. Hotel reception staff were lovely, courteous, and friendly. The room was well equipped with all the necessities such as washing machine and dryer, oven, toaster, chopping board, knives, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and a safe.
    We had to go to the nearby restaurants for breakfast. Nice restaurants but a big pricey.

    The rooms are big with all the self catering amenities you need ,its closed to all the areas you wanna go to in Cape Town

    The room was exceptionally luxurious and stunning, great value for money.
    There's no guideline on where to find what. Example I didn't know where breakfast is being served. I think that is something that should be made available for a first time guest.

    The location was perfect. Its in close proximity to the CBD and leisure locations. I also appreciate the front desk ladies for accommodating my request of a room with a view and balcony.
    The fact that breakfast isnt served in the hotel.

    I liked: - Room size - Comfy bed - Quiet, accessible location - Restaurants - Nearby coffee shop (Origin)
    The hot water in the shower took a long time to get up to temperature - had to leave it running for ~5-7mins which felt like a significant waste of water. The gym could have been better - the treadmill was not working. :(
