    The size of the room.
    The toilet not flushing properly. The poorly cleaned towels. The disorganised staff. The ceiling falling apart.

    clean & easy to find
    The staff entering the rooms fully knowing theres people inside. I still dont understand what that was about. When i tried to address the matter, Njabulo told me I should have come down at 7am to tell them not to go into my room!!!!, The same gate guy taking forever to open the gate and insisted that I was safe when I stood out the gate for more than 10minutes at night, waiting for him to open, he didnt even apologize, told me he was busy with other things. Njabulo was also drunk on the job which led to his rudeness!!!!!

    They didn't have shower caps of which you can't be having a shower n don't offer shower caps Please correct that.

    Decent one night spot
    The staff is helpful and friendly, the room is decent size and has all the gadgets you would need for a one night stay. Some rooms has a decent view and I enjoyed room one. I travelled with my wife and two kids so the family room was perfect for us.
    We spotted a couple of cockroaches by the shower and the entrance door which wasn't cool for such a clean new place. Other than that I was happy with my stay.

    The cleanliness and friendly staff.
    Guests who have children being inconsiderate by leaving their doors open while their kids are crying out loud, disturbing other guests. Guests who play music while their doors are open. That being inconsiderate. Otherwise everything else was ok as usual. Nice hotel.

    I liked the quietness and the environment generally
    The confusion on my booking, when I booked the indication was that I'll pay on check-in but received an email later saying I must pay direct to secure my booking of which I did and even sent proof of payment, to my surprise on the date of my check-in I was told that I failed to pay and my booking cancelled. I begged them to check my payment and allow me to come with all the proof I had to confirm my transactions then after long discussions on the phone they confirmed receipt of my payment. It was a dramatic and unpleasant experience
