1. Swim up pool outside room was disgusting. Although cleaned daily it wasn't cleaned properly and had loads of surface grime which was incredibly off putting. Green mould all around the pool walls, needs a deep clean. Why are the swim up pools not as clean as the actually pool? Due to this over 2 weeks we went in twice. Swim up room was a waste of money. Shame as it was our honey moon and we wanted to get a fancier room with some privacy.
2. Room - Strong smell coming from drains. The hotel attempt to mask by oil burner under the sink. The pictures are quite dated. The room looks like the pictures but are a lot older.
3. We was in room 2101. Do not get this room as its next to the restaurant. Loud music every night. Repetitive music. Every morning at 0530hrs tables and chairs being dragged across the floor. This is the same at 2230/2300hrs when they are finishing for the evening.
4. Evening Food - We attended the restaurant 4 out of 14. First time we ate pizza it was nice. The second was the steak buffet. Third was a tenderloin steak, i asked for medium. It came out rare. I thought okay this isn't to bad. Around half way through it was actually very blue, the steak was hot but it looked like it just came from the butcher. I mentioned to the waiter when the plates was taken away that I've left it as it was meant to be medium. I wasn't expecting a replacement as I had eaten half of it but I was expecting an apology and a clear mention that the steak wasn't cooked properly. Our last evening we ate pizza again. Although agreeing to onions its was completely covered in them 3/4 through the pizza it was cold. The waiter arranged a replacement for me. I think the issue of the food element is the chef not cooking food properly.
