The Chester Hotel received positive feedback for helpful staff, a decent car park, and lovely food at a single day workshop and dinner visit. A works Christmas night out had a lovely function room and food, although service was a bit slow and prices were higher. Overall, guests had a good experience and would be happy to return.

Lovely hotel, good value for area, great staff, good breakfast, just a shame about the noise.
Comfortable, nice big clean room, very friendly staff, good service.
Room was quite noisy, unsure why, sometimes sounded like music, we wondered if it was large fans outside for air con. Woke up multiple times. Lots of doors outside our room which were also loud, and we paid for late check out to sleep later but the hall outside our room was being hoovered so couldnt sleep in.

A little ways out to be city centre but that did not affect our trip.

The room was fine, clean and as you would expect. Parking was handy as on site and the hotel itself in a good location for us.
There is quite a trek to some of the rooms through winding corridors.

It was excellent but would have liked Eggs Benedict as a choice .
The staff were lovely .
The amounts of steps . Seemed to be forever going up and down . Probably good exercise for us .

We had a lovely time and were sorry it was only for one night
Check in was easy. Staff very friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade which was most welcome. Dinner and breakfast excellent . Good quality food.
