The City Pad offers a convenient location close to the town and beach, providing a whole apartment at the price of a hotel room. The bedrooms are comfortable with good bedding, and the spacious loung (Read More)e and kitchen area make it feel like a home away from home. Supermarkets are nearby, as well as access to the beach and a cinema. Highly recommended for a few days' stay in the area.

Good

Very good location, close to shops and city centre/cathedral. Enough crockery and cutlery for us, and a good sized kitchen table to sit around. Living areas were clean, as were the bedrooms, and it is a nice quiet spot without a lot of noise at night, so good if you are disturbed by traffic. We didn't hear any neighbours either.

There is no free parking. One car park nearby cost us 13, another, once we found it, was 6.50. There are a couple of spots that are free after 6pm to early morning, and on Sundays, but when you are on holiday you don't want to be moving a car early in the morning. Make sure to ask for the permit, unlike us as we believed that there was free parking near as per the advert. The pillows need refreshing as they are very thin, and the twin beds are child sized, not single bed sized. Very narrow for an average sized adult. The lock box is stiff so persevere with it and it will open.

Perfect girls getaway

Great location, very comfortable and lovely little touches throughout the property like photographs of Norwich and a Christmas tree!

The 3rd bedroom is accessed through the twin room, did not realise when booked, perfect for a child no so for an adult, but such a minor point to be aware of when booking

Cosy house, perfect for a weekend with friends. Good location, host communicated well.

Nothing we didnt like, but there wasn't new sponges in the sink, the cloth was visibly dirty. Could do with some prosecco glasses aswell as wine glasses but that's a personal preference.

Superb

Great location and space!

PRICE & SPACE - I stayed here with my band mates as we were having some shows in Norwich. The place was fantastic as the space was great for us to fit comfortably. Good and cheap parking round the corner too.

My band mates who stayed at the room with the 2 single beds mentioned that the boiler was in that room and that it made some noise that in some point was a bit uncomfortable. I slept on the main room and I would say the bed was bit too soft so it was as comfortable and the frame makes noise at every movement, because of that I didn't have the best possible sleep. I think the whole bed (frame and mattress) could be replace with a brand new, specially if they constantly rent this house, it would a very positive investment.

Very good

A lovely place to stay and enjoy the sights and shopping in Norwich

Perfect for a couple of days away with friends. The kitchen is well stocked and nicely laid out. The location is great to walk into the city and enjoy not having to worry about parking.

The shower needs a little attention as it is leaking when running so reducing the pressure. We couldn't find a bulb for the lamp in the lounge so borrowed one from a bedroom as the shares where wrong fitting but really minor problems

Superb

Comfortable and homely.

Central city location. Can easily walk into city . Good bus network if didn't fancy walking. Lots to do, plenty of bars, pubs and restaurants. Good for shopperholics. Two beautiful catedrals and a lovely Riverside stroll. Lots of parking within a few minutes from the house. Rates were reasonable too.

The bathroom is downstairs. The show was too small/ tight. And no upstairs toilet.
