Its pretty clean and walkable distance to a few places. Resort has shuttles take you to other buildings in the Atlantis.
We were disappointed with our experience at Atlantis Cove. Unfortunately, we did not receive any assistance with our luggage upon arrival and had to carry everything ourselves, including our kids. Furthermore, the light in our closet was not working, forcing us to get dressed in the dark. Additionally, our room was consistently cold, and we were unable to control the temperature using the AC. When we called to ask for assistance, we were simply advised to turn it off. Another letdown occurred at the fish restaurant when we ordered a glass of wine. Our waiter brought out a whole bottle, despite us clearly stating our preference for just a glass. This issue became more frustrating when we discovered that we were charged for the entire bottle, even though my husband was already drinking something else. Unfortunately, we decided not to argue in front of our children, especially since it was Christmas Eve. To make matters worse, we were told there were no available beach chairs, and the ones we eventually received were broken. Overall, our experiences at Atlantis Cove were not up to par, and we cannot recommend this establishment to anyone.

The Cove is a beautiful resort within Atlantis. Elegant, stylish and approachable. The attention to detail in the architecture was on point. An inside/outside lobby design with breezes wafting, fish ponds and beautiful landscaping. The staff was warm and welcoming everywhere. Special shout out to Jamal. He checked us in and resolved a slight glitch with our booking. He gave us a beautiful 14th floor ocean view suite that we savored every day. The pools were beautiful, especially the 18+ pool. The food and drink options onsite were varied and tasteful. Loved having high end dining onsite. The rooms were lovely. The bathroom was super spacious with a great tub. LOVED, the beach tote, the reusable aluminum water bottles and Cove flip flops. Fresh cans of water nightly with evening housekeeping. The details...
Nothing other than we couldn't get a table at the new Paranza restaurant. I definitely wanted to try it.

a large offer of restaurants, friendly staff and the beautiful nature does the rest
the Cove rooms need to be refurbished and I found it absurd that some slides were closed... it said temporarily, we stayed for a week and never saw them open.

    Poor
3 star hotel with 10 star prices and queues
That there was a Starbucks in the lobby. Thats about all. Well and the staff is friendly really besides the conscierge she has an attitude and doesn't help with anything. No education. Extra tip - dont book the shuttle from the airport which is expensive, book a taxi and let the driver stop at the supermarket to get some water and fruits or snacks since the resort store charged us for 1 chocolate and 1 box cookies $48. Yes and its cheap american chocolate not Lindt. And water is $18 per bottle ..
I would never ever return to that place and I have had read the reviews here and everyone who complaint was 100% right but I ignored them and now I regret it. That hotel is the worst rip off I have ever seen, I find it unbelievable and I have travelled the whole world, stay only in 5 star hotels, never seen such a rip off. They charge $77 per day extra resort fee for water we never got, beach towels and wifi which doesn't work. So we paid extra nearly $800 for nothing. The wifi does not work at all. It keeps disconnecting, not available, not secured, can not connect to wifi. It works only if you sit under the router in the tiny dressing room. You end up paying $1000/day and you feel like in a 3 star circus hotel. For $1000 a day I get treated like a queen in any Four Season in Asia. They add mandatory gratitude to everything, even the room cleaning of $16 per day. Plus tax plus resort fee plus this and that. The food is horrible. The roomservice is the worst I have ever eaten in my life. I was wondering why people are walking around with pizza boxes in their hands all the time, well because thats the only place you can get food. All restaurants are fully booked for weeks, no chance to get a reservation. The only good place with great food, okey service, super professional sushi chefs Maki and Mr El Pidio is Nobu but you end up for 2 without alcohol $200 for not much. Starbucks has a 30 min queue every day besides if you go before 7 a.m. The beach looks like I imagine a 3 star hotel beach, there are not even umbrella can you imagine. No shade anywhere, not on the pool either. How cheap is that. The only amazing place on the beach is when you walk to the right or left and stay under the palm trees or pine trees. The key cards don't work when they are close to your phone so in 9 days I had to get new ones 4 times. The spa is so uninviting and old. The massage I had was good but $300 for what ? Incredible how they rip off everyone.
