    High prices were at four season, ritz Carlton prices. This property was not equivalent and we will not stay there again.

    The hotel hosts many events to the detriment of the comfort of those casual guest not participating.
    Lovely room, and premium price for it. Hotel car availability.Good location.
    Not enough lobby level seating, and no restaurant. Revervations necessary for rooftop bar, because of insufficient seating there too.

    I would love to come back, but unfortunately cant because of the powerful candle smell.
    The candle smell only because I get migraines, and powerful smells give me horrible headaches. I had a headache our entire stay:(

    Very good but the above 2 items were inconveniences not usually encountered at top hotels.
    No coffee maker was in the room and no ice machine on the floor. Had to wait for room service to deliver. Not good!!!

    2nd stay, wont be my last!
    this is my second time staying here. The staff is beyond accommodating, the entire place smells so good, and the rooms are wonderful.

    The room was lovely, as is the hotels decoration and design. Only a few blocks from the center of shopping area.
    F&B. We were honestly shocked at how poor the food was, and the service wasnt much better.
