    Great location. Nice hotel. Get a suite (stay away from the lesser rooms).
    The fragrant scent in all the public areas in and by the lobby. The welcome we got from the doorman/bellhop Donovan. The location. The heated bathroom floor and bath towel sheets.
    The room was on the small side, but the bathroom was tiny. No shelves yo put your toiletries. The sink also had no surface and was so close to the outlet next to it that it was hard for the blow dryer to stay plugged in making it annoying and hard to blow your hair, plus the nozzle did not fit snd they couldn't seem to rectify that with another blow dryer that fit that nozzle or a different nozzle. The bed was comfortable enough, but not as soft as it could have been, perhaps it was the sheet. Also, there was a crack under the window above the radiator that needed repair. The room was very underwhelming for such a highly recommended hotel. I get the feeling that unless you pay a lot for a suite this was the bottom base room.

    Always a pleasure to stay at. Staff are amazing from the doormen to the mangers. Very well run hotel, comfortable and perfectly located.

    Overall great stay again. Definitely would return.
    Clean, bright, relatively modern and reasonably sized rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff, great location, cozy lobby. Minutes to great restaurants and metro station.
    Dated elevators and partial carpeting in rooms.

    Beds and bedding were to die for. Great location for a citybreak.
    No door to bathroom, especially as the opening was at the foot of the bed. Found it irritating if OH got up in the night and light went on.
