Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - beautiful hotel in convenient location, staff very welcoming and excellent facilities. Our room was spacious and pleasant. The breakfast was superb, with ample, fresh choice. Would highly recommend.

A hotel to return to, 5 star

The staff make the hotel they are fantastic! Even just passing in the corridor they always greet you and ask you how you are. Breakfast was exquisite. The best breakfast arrangement I have seen in a hotel. The spa was beautiful, relaxing and extremely clean. The bed was so comfy and I even checked to see what bed it was as I had the best sleep. The layout of the room meant that at sunset and sunrise you got the most beautiful view of the Manchester skyline from your bed, I love architecture and so this really made it extra special. The lifts are quick and everywhere smells lovely, a distinctive smell I recognise from my stays there and it just makes it feel luxurious.

Fabulous stay, will definitely return!

Ambiance, decor, cleanliness, gym, bar, breakfast fab!

The fact that during breakfast, we were sandwiched in between a couple who had clearly just been to the gym, and the guy was wearing a tank vest top, everything on show! And to the right of us was a couple where the guy was fully in his pyjamas wearing hotel slippers. There really should be a dress code for breakfast guests!

The views and the luxury feel to it. And it smelt nice. It was good to be able to leave bags. Staff were very friendly.

The ice machine on our floor didnt work. It was a little bit hard to find our room. We didnt know where the lifts were or what floor etc but we worked it out.

Fantastic hotel, beautiful venue, brilliant staff, lovely lovely experience staying

Beautiful hotel, very professional staff, extremely welcoming and polite. The facilities are amazing. Stunning hotel, great location.. Thoroughly enjoyable stay, will definitely return.

There was nothing I didnt like, except the lighting for make up was a bit difficult.
