Spacious. Pool is nice.

Takes 1 hours to wait for lifts . No bath tub even though the suites are spacious. Average staff service. Food is expensive and not very good.

Superb

I suddenly ended up staying multiple nights and had booked another room. The hotel suggested that we be able to stay in the same room, which was very helpful. The view of the pool and the cleanliness are amazing!

There are almost no stores within walking distance. The location is not very good.

Very good

An enjoyable stay at the face minus the lift experience.

The place was huge, location wise was great.

The lift was super slow. Waited at least 40mins to get to the lobby on our last day. Staff wasnt experience in handling the situation and choose to ignore upon numerous pax complaining about the waiting game.

Exceptional

luxury accommodation at a reasonable price.

It was kept very clean, staff were approachable, things were promptly attended to. Infinity pool was the highlight and magnificent views from the restaurant next to the pool

Children pool is too small and suitable for toddlers. For age 4-10, the infinity pool was too deep but children pool too shallow.

Big rooms, good price.

Rooms are really spacious. Bed and bedding are super comfortable. Tremendous value

The pool was closed at night bc of rain and open in the morning but full of kids. Security is way overboard in the pool area. The view of the Petronas Towers is blocked by a new hotel
