Our 4th booking this year, we know what to expect from The Falmouth, and Yes it was spotless, our room most comfortable but, being in the period between Christmas and New Year, they somehow expected to have two staff looking after the two dining rooms as well as the very large bar lounge area

To get any service, we had to send one of our four to find a waiter for drinks order, then a menu, then, lster to take our order, to clear-table and so on My fish was awful! I was sure it was a left over from an earlier diner, dry, crunchy rather than crispie and unheated. Our sons stuffed chicken breast would have fitted an egg cup Our second meal was not much better, the same menu on three days. We ate out after two meals First two breakfasts again understaffed, ONE very active, capable and polite young manto look after all the diners, manage the buffet, clear tables etc Black buddings arrived when sausages ran out! Sucha pity

Would have like more than 2 teabags and 1 biscuit for an overnight stay for 2 adults. Only one towel in the bathroom

Very nice stay but too many irresponsible dog owners letting their pets sit on the furniture in the lounge areas

Location Clean Staff were excellent

There were many times when you could not get a seat in the bar/lounge due to non residents who had used the leisure facilities and the bar shut far too early in the evenings. On New years Eve we arrived back at the hotel at 23:20hrs expecting to get a drink and see the new year in and the bar was shut

Lovely view Nice food Nice size rooms

Big bed was alright but was 2 single Room was nice but very tired in the decorating parts. Bathroom was a nice size but could do with resealing re-grouting rubber of shower doors could do with replacing the room looks very tired and could do with a update in the future.

Only receptionist made us feel a valued guest!!

Location was excellent. Breakfast was acceptable. Receptionist very pleasant.

Breakfast poor choice, only fried eggs. No fruit to go with yogurt. Hot water had a strange taste, made tea undrinkable. First morning we arrived in dining room at 9.35am to be told we were late (breakfast was 7-10am), not much food left so we should quickly grab what we could! No coffee left, other coffee machine not switched on. When we came back to bar at 3.30pm still no coffee available. Swimming pool water was very cold. Evening meal menu was same every night and told by staff same all week, even New Years Eve!!
