    Location . Good food. Love the freshly brewed masala chai. Staff were great and welcoming in the restaurant area. The manager was very attentive. Was very touched on last day to get some mithai delivered to my room.
    Only the noise that was coming from the top floor .

    Great staff, nice breakfast menu and good rooms
    The staff was very helpful and solved our issues in a pleasing manner. Especially, MR. Jayprakash in the restaurant, I asked for breakfast to be sent to our room and MR. Jayprakash chose a good assortment of dishes. The daytime security guard and the receptionists were also very helpful in making the stay a pleasant one.
    The shower had no hot water coming but the basin had hot water but we did not complain to the staff about this as we felt it was manageable due to the warm weather.

    Long waiting for check-in and out Room sizes were not up to the mark. No good outdoor sitting. The lifts were faulty.
