    Beautiful rooms and facilities, and lovely restaurant!
    The bed was quite hard which made it difficult to fall asleep. We also waited ten minutes for a member of staff to come and check us in. The restaurant and bar were not at all busy at that time, so it felt a little odd to have to wait so long.

    I will definitely go back and next time will eat there too. The menu looked delicious!
    Facilities in the room were of a far higher standard than I expected - real quality tea and a Nespresso machine, and the best Belgian Chocolate biscuits. Luxury bathrobes were wonderful. There was even a radio...
    Room service - or at least a phone link to reception - would have been good, particularly as the room was right at the top of the building. And the radiator made ever such a lot of noise about once every hour, which kept waking me up!

    Great Hotel for Visiting Student at Endcliffe
    Very friendly helpful staff. Beautiful large room (think it was a premium double). Nice hotel bar/restaurant. Tea, Nespresso coffee machine, fresh cookies. Will bring dog next time.
    Bear in mind temperatures outside were minus 2: The first night, the room was very cold - it was a very big room and heater a bit clunky. 2nd night was very warm.

    Not sure I would return. Would look for a better place.
    It was very clean. Delicious cookie in the bedroom as welcome gift.
    Loud noise from radiator at night and also water dripping from shower. Hot water in shower was boiling and could not be regulated easily. The room given was right at the top following two flights of stairs with no lift. Food in restaurant was mediocre.

    Another comfortable stay at the Florentine.
    Spacious room. Lovely large comfortable bed. Beautifully decorated. Ample supply of tea and coffee. A lovely room to come back to. Very friendly bar area.
    Wish the rooms came with a dressing table with plug socket close to it. Larger radiator or underfloor heating in the bathroom. Was a bit chilly.
