I stayed for a week and the cleaning service was horrible The housekeepers just change the towels and makeup one bed only. I requested the reception to deep clean the room as the dust is everywhere and floor never was mopped for the entire week as well as bathroom. But nothing happened at all no body bothered.

Very nice facility! Great view of the city during New Years Eve.

Very nice upgrades to Starbucks and adding Chick-Filia. Definitely a bonus. The shopping at the Mall is incredible all kinds of stores everything you could ask for without leaving.

Indoor / outdoor and spa tub would be great and more benefit to customers.

I had to pay a expensive tax for the packages that I bought on line at Amazon. They send me some boxes but the most were envelopes 20 envelopes and a had to pay $5 each. Thats the only thing that a didnt like
