Lovely little hotel

We stayed on the room the Mona Lisa was hidden in under the bed for a year! Mind blowing!

Very good

Location was amazing. very close to train station and easy to walk to everywhere.

Room felt a bit chilly despite setting the temperature at 23 degrees. We could refill our glass bottle at a cooler at the breakfast room but it would be nice to have water to drink when we get back to our room, instead of having to lug our bottle out for refill.

Charming hidden gem

Exceptional design, exploiting the history of the building and its connection to Mona Lisa. Nice breakfast. Close to everything. The staff is very helpful.

Perfect, modern and clean location in the center of Florence

A beautifully renovated artsy hotel with a tribute to the Mona Lisa - 2 blocks from the Duomo! Perfect location for walking everywhere in Florence. Modern and clean - great breakfast too. Staff was friendly and helpful!

It is on the higher price but you get what you pay for. If you are used to higher end accommodation this hotel is great.

Very beautiful hotel and great location. They have a great things like break time where they serve cold drink and snacks everyday. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms very clean and beautiful, definitely worth it.

The staff at arrival was super friendly and helpful. Our room was ready early and that was a plus. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices. Fresh by the cup coffee was delicious. Luggage storage was easy and helpful for us on day of check out. They also called taxi service as needed for us, promtly with no hesitation. Location was a plus. Thank you for our stay at The Frame.

The staff was friendly and accommodating

Too expensive breakfast was not as good as I expected .. no fitness facilities.. rooms and hallways making me claustrophobic
