    Our room was nice, big enough for two people. We booked room with the widow and we had view to the centre of the hotel, which was perfect and quiet.
    Need little bit renovation. Bathroom was really out of day

    About from portable heater last in room the hotel is very central to everything in Manchester
    The breakfast was lovely and staff on reception were great
    How cold the room was without central heating but to fair we did get 2x portable heaters

    Perfect location right in the heart of the city. Back room was quiet. Spacious. Breakfast was lovely with choices.
    We stayed over Christmas with less staff and no cleaning in corridor. Carpets needed refresh. Needs blackout curtains.

    The cleanliness of the room, no shampoo amd horrible staff. No matteas in cot and the cot was so dirty , residents tried opening my door middle of the night and hotel did nothing

    Disappointed uncomfortable room . Was nothing like the photos that advertised the accomadation .
    The staff were very friendly and helpful.
    We arrived late, the room we were allocated initially was freezing and the window was open. When we tried to close the window it was broken and would not close. The drawer in the locker was broken We contacted the reception and were allocated another room which at least was warm but was very basic. The door in the bedroom did not feel secure. The press was dusty we kept our clothes in our cases as it was not clean. The room we stayed in looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com While the location was central it was very noisy . I was traveling with my son and overall was very disappointed with the state of the bedroom and the feeling that it was not very secure or safe.

    Paid for a luxury room didnt get it. Stayed in December when the temperatures dropped and they had no central heating on just oil radiators in the rooms.

    The property and its online picture/ are far from the actual rooms, its miss representation of the actual hotel. Very poor, would like a refund for the state of the door and its hygiene

    The staff were friendly and the location is great.
    The room was extremely disappointing for the price we paid. It was extremely outdated. The bed felt like we were sleeping on a deck chair and it squeaked so loud even when just turning over. We didn't have a comfy stay at all. Plug sockets are very sparce. The view was not great. The only good thing is the location
